  • What type of computer systems does IdSaveit purchase or specialize in?
    IdSaveit specializes in all Apple products, including MacBooks, IPads, and IPhones. We also specialize in most Android/PC devices. However, as electronics tend to have a short lifecycle and can become obsolete quite rapidly, we do not purchase or make offers on devices older than six years. We may make some exceptions, though, so please feel free to check with us!
  • What separates IdSaveit from other E-Recyclers?
    Many e-recyclers exist under the pretense of sustainability and goodwill, but more often than not their processes are convoluted and strictly profit-driven. With many of our competitors, you might find yourself doing most of the work or even end up paying out of pocket! IdSaveit prides itself in its streamlined, transparent process and is the only e-recycler that will pay YOU for your inventory as testament to our e-sustainability commitment!
  • I’m not a business owner, but have many connections. Do you offer a finder's fee?"
    Yes! If you are not a business owner or company, but you know someone who is and who may benefit from working with IdSaveit, we offer a finder’s fee! We pay $2,500 per new client that you bring in, upon our successful connection with them and purchase of at least 20 systems. If you have a vast network, the number can add up quickly!   • Some of the computer systems that we want to sell no longer turn on, but they may still have sensitive information on the storage drive. What data sensitivity guarantees do you offer?"
    Integrity and transparency are the two pillars on which IdSaveit prides itself. Client privacy and data deletion are top priority. We fully format every computer system that comes in, working or not, to industry standards. If the drive is corrupt and the disk is not repairable, we’ll physically puncture the storage drive to ensure the data is unrecoverable.   • From the approved quote to inventory pickup, what is the typical turnaround time our business should expect?"
    We understand that during times of liquidation and because of potential storage fees, our clients want their inventory moved as soon as possible! From the initial quote, to pickup and payment, we strive to successfully complete transactions within a week of contact. However, most transactions only take two to three days!
  • Our business often has overstocked and obsolete inventory. Is IdSaveit still interested in those items?
    Yes! Even though IdSaveit specializes in electronics and computer systems, we would still love to hear what other excess and obsolete inventory your business may have! Though we may be more exacting about what inventory interests us, if we do make you an offer, it will likely be the highest offer your business will get.
